2005 Cabernet Sauvignon
Very approachable with aromas of black currant, sage, dried tarragon, and subtle earth that integrate with the black cherry, almond, and coffee flavors. The supple tannins and balanced oak characteristics make this a food-friendly wine. For maximum enjoyment now decant for 30 – 40 minutes, or cellar for 3 – 5 years.
