Aromas of black currant, sage, dried tarragon, and subtle earth embrace flavors of black cherries, almond, and coffee. The supple tannins and integrated oak characteristics make this a great wine to pair with spicy meals. For maximum enjoyment now decant for 30 - 40 minutes, or cellar for 3 – 5 years.
